OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS

If you participate in our SGX promotions and giveaways, you fully accept these general terms and conditions of SGX GraphiX, and you acknowledge that you fulfil all eligibility requirements.

ELIGIBILITY
If you are under the age of 18 you will have to obtain the approval of your parents or legal guardians to enter to the SGX Giveaway. SGX may ask you, at any stage, to provide us with proof of age and/or identity and/or proof of such approval, if relevant. SGX may exclude any participants who are not able to provide with such proof. SGX Employees are not eligible to participate.

DATE OF GIVEAWAY
The Giveaway shall start on November 23 – January 15, 2021
Entries after the closing date will not be counted. Winner will be announced 3 days after last day of entry: Monday January 18, 2021.

HOW TO ENTER
The Giveaway post on Instagram will explain the entry procedure. There is no entry fee but, there is a minimum of $50 purchase necessary on any of our products or services to enter the Giveaway. Unlimited entries per customer, the more purchases the more entries you get. By entering a Giveaway, you are still eligible to receive any prizes awarded in any other Giveaway

THE WINNER
The winner will be chosen at random from all correct entries. The winner will be announced on January 18, 2021 and notified by DM on Instagram and/or Facebook via our official SGX account 3 business days after the closing date of the Giveaway. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 48 hours, SGX reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. SGX’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the Giveaway will be final and shall not be subject to review or appeal by any entrant or by any third party.

PRIZE
The promotional prize shall be a SGX product and service as indicated on the SGX Instagram / Facebook post. The prize is as stated, and NO cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable unless this is notified at the time of purchase. Prizes are subject to be edited and we reserve the right for additional charges for any addition, re-design or creation of winner request.

SHIPMENT
We can ship and install anywhere, additional S/H charges will apply. If installation is required, we can provide more information about installation if winner is out of VA, MD, DC

PERSONAL DATA
Each winner agrees that, by participating in a Giveaway, SGX may use the winner’s name for its promotional purposes without additional approval or compensation being required, including posting in a winner’s list, Instagram Facebook post and/or Instagram/Facebook stories.
No personal or Company data will be sold or shared in any manner

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By entering the Giveaway each entrant agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless SGX its legal representatives, respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any damages whatsoever suffered or sustained in connection with the Giveaway or the acceptance of the prize.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
SGX reserves its right to cancel the Giveaways at any times or change the provisions of the General Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion and such change shall have immediately effect upon the publication thereof.

GOVERNING LAW & COMPETENT COURT
The Giveaways are governed by Virginia law. Any dispute that may arise will be subject to the competent court
